Peanut Butter Oatmeal Two Chip Cookies

Have you noticed that there isn’t an over abundance of sweets & desserts on my blog? To be honest, I just don’t make a lot of sweets for a few reasons including my sometimes lack of will-power (and my husband too) and I gained a few pounds over Christmas so I am on a little bit of a health kick. Yup, the holidays got me. Too much baklava & wine!

Now if this was last year, when I was pregnant, you would probably have seen sweet after sweet after sweet on this blog {I blame my son}. 🙂 So there is hope for all of you the next time around.

Moral of the story my ramblings? When I put up a dessert recipe it is something I love. I also passed these bad boys out to a few co-workers & my daycare and they enjoyed them too (I even got a text message telling me how awesome they were-thanks Angie!).
