Frozen Greek Yogurt Fruit Bites

Method

  1. 1

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and spoon into ice cube trays or on wax paper on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

Freeze for at least 2 hours or until totally frozen through.

Notes

The amount this makes really depends on how big you make your bites. You can use ice cube trays {try a fun shape} if you want. Try a variety of fruit--cut up strawberries or blackberries also works nicely. Freeze first, store second: after freezing the bites solid in the cubes you can then remove them and transfer them into an airtight container that is freezer safe or a ziplock bag. Remove air: press out as much air as possible to prevent freezer burn. These last between 1-2 months but any longer they might start to get freezer burn. If you are stacking these make sure to place parchment paper between so they don't stick together.
