Lemon Marinated Olives
Lemon Marinated Olives make a nice snack or appetizer at your holiday parties or get togethers. A mixture of olives are marinated in olive oil and lemon juice, fresh herbs and spices to create flavorful olives.
Method
-
1
Combine all ingredients in large heavy-duty resealable ziplock plastic bag or a plastic container with a lid.
-
2
Shake to blend ingredients.
-
3
Refrigerate at least 1 day and up to 3 days, shaking or turning the bag a couple times a day.
-
4
Transfer olives and some marinade to a small bowl and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature before serving.
Notes
Store the olives in a mason jar or an airtight container for up to two weeks. Olive oil solidifies when chilled. Make sure to let them come to room temp so the oil returns to liquid and flavors shine.
