Carrot Raisin Salad

Notes

No Mayo, One Ingredient: This dressing is just plain yogurt, no whisking or extra dressing ingredients needed. For a Creamier Texture: Swap the low-fat yogurt for Greek yogurt. Nut Swap: Sliced almonds or pecans both work in place of walnuts. A Touch of Sweetness: Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or 1 teaspoon of sugar to the yogurt if you want it sweeter. Pineapple Add-In: Diced pineapple is a nice addition for extra sweetness.
