Mediterranean Antipasto Skewers
Mediterranean Antipasto Skewers are always a crowd pleaser at a party. They are colorful and offer your guests a wide variety of flavors and textures from the turkey to the olives to the fresh mozzarella balls.
Method
-
1
Lay out 10 skewers on a large cutting board. Start with the first skewer and alternate the ingredients starting with a cherry tomato, followed by the mozzarella cheese, basil, an olive, the turkey, a pepperoncini, roasted red pepper, artichoke and finish the skewer with the same ingredients until you have a tomato on each side.
-
2
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve or keep in the refrigerator.
Notes
Feel free to use whatever pattern you would like for creating the skewers. I do like to start and end with the cherry tomatoes because I think they hold everything together nicely. I also like to try and alternate colors throughout the skewer.
