Roasted Broccoli
Broccoli never tasted so good! This Simple Roasted Broccoli is slightly crisp, sweet and tastes so good you might want to eat the whole bowl! This is a family favorite in my house.
Method
-
1
An hour before preparing your roasted broccoli you want to wash and dry it and let it sit out on paper towels to make sure it is completely dry. You don't want to roast the broccoli if it is wet.
-
2
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
-
3
In a large ziplock bag place the cut broccoli, olive oil, minced garlic and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Shake the bag until the broccoli is fully coated and everything is mixed together.
-
4
Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and place on the top rack of the oven. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring the broccoli half way through cooking.
-
5
Remove and enjoy warm!
